Rolling, the association for the development of educational roleplaying games, is a non-profit organization comprising a bunch of enthusiasts with vast experience in the fields of teaching, roleplaying games, and civil education. This association is the main producer of the event and is responsible for its PR.

The game is produced as volunteer-based - that means we do the whole creation, writing and running as volunteers in our free time and we don’t get any reward for it. The only people who get some reimbursement are cooks and photographers, but even in these cases it’s only a small compensation for their equipment amortization and extra work, not a reward close to any standard market rates.

This is why we consider each participant involved as a person who co-creates the game, whether it’s an organiser, player, NPC or any other helper - we create this experience together. That’s why we might ask you for help sometimes with some preparations and why we expect you to help us with the cleaning and packing afterwards (or we keep your cleaning deposit and use it to hire someone who will help with what we can’t do ourselves)
